Ashley Nocera has not spoken much about her family, but she credits her father for instilling her love of working out. The bodybuilder was when he was in his 20s-30s. Ashley was active physically from the age of four. She began taking lessons in swimming at the age of four old and continued to do so for 10 more. The fact that she didn't adhere to a rigorous diet meant she did not participate in a lot of the competitions. When she was in high school, she became popular for appearance and physique. Following her graduation, Ashley did not decide to enroll in college, but instead pursue her dream of becoming being a fitness model. Ashley was only 15 years old older when she recognized that her body wasn't her ideal body. Her grandfather advised her to join the gym. However, she heeded his suggestion to work out with a slow pace. She didn't realize that she'd spend the next nine years working on her physique before becoming an fitness icon. Ashley was inspired by her victory and competed in the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships in 2014. The result was 7th and felt compelled to train to be better. When she took fifth place in the 2014 WBFF World Championships, Ashley made the decision to not compete anymore. When she was competing she got requests for photo shoots, but she was not looking to mix jobs. Once she quit, however, she made the choice to be an actress. The popular magazine for fitness featured her on its cover, which immediately launched the career path of fitness models. Since then, she's been a sought-after model. Her appearances have been in many bikinis and clothes businesses and was published as the face of an acclaimed fitness magazine.
